Previously, as Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Human Services, I led transformational change across organizations with 5,000+ employees and multi-billion dollar budgets. I created C-Stat, a nationally recognized performance management system that aligned 64 counties to achieve breakthrough results and became a model for other states.
My leadership experience spans 25 years in the public sector across human services, transportation, budget and policy, and law enforcement. This breadth gives me deep understanding of how government really works and the unique challenges leaders face in complex, high-stakes environments.
